By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Offer.

1. Program Period

The Offer shall run from 23 March to 30 April 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”) and is run and promoted by Smiles and Smiles Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 6044976 (“Smiles”)).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Offer, individuals must be resident in the United Kingdom and must be at least 18 years of age. In addition:

a) Participants must book any treatment with Smiles during the Offer Period.

3. How to Participate

a) Participants can book a treatment with Smiles during the Offer Period to avail the 10% discount.

b) The discount will be applied at the time of payment for the completed treatment.

4. The Discount

a) The discount for each participant in respect of a successful treatment shall be 10% off the total cost of the treatment.

b) The discount will be applied at the time of payment for the completed treatment.

5. Offer Limits

a) Participants can avail of the 10% discount for any number of treatments booked during the Offer Period.

b) This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or coupon. A maximum 10% discount applies to each offer.

6. Modification or Cancellation

a) Smiles reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

b) Any such modification or cancellation in respect of the Offer and/or these Terms will not affect discounts already applied to completed treatments.

7. Data Privacy

Smiles will handle any personal data gathered pursuant to the Offer only as necessary to fulfill its obligations under these Terms.

Personal data will be processed in compliance with the Smiles Privacy Policy and/or any relevant legislation.

8. Liability

a) To the fullest extent permissible by law, Smiles will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Offer.

b) Should there be any tax consequence for a participant in respect of the receipt of the discount, then such participant shall be solely responsible for the same, and Smiles accepts no liability in relation thereto.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to be legally binding and are to be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any claim or dispute arising in respect of the Offer and/or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
