Smiles Referral Program Terms and Conditions 1 May 2024

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Smiles Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Period

This Smiles Referral Program is valid from 1 May 2024 to 31 July 2024 Smiles and Smiles reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible as a Referrer or Referee, individuals must be residents of the countries where Smiles and Smiles operates.

• Eligible age for Referrers and Referees is 18 years or older.
• Referrers must have completed a treatment with Smiles and Smiles to the value of at least £2,000
• Referees must be new Smiles customers who have had treatment after 1 May 2024, with a value of at least £2,000.
• The Referee must be a new customer to Smiles and Smiles and not have previously had a treatment.
• Employees and affiliates of Smiles and Smiles are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• Both the Referrer and the Referree must have a UK bank account in their name to qualify and receive BACS transfer.

3. The Reward

• Each Referee will receive £75 for their first completed treatment.
• Each Referrer will receive £75 for each Referee who has completed treatment after 1 May 2024.
• Upon the completion of the third referee the Referrer will be eligible to receive an additional one off bonus payment of £100 on top of the previous referral fees.
• Upon the completion of the fifth Referee treatment, the Referrer will be eligible to receive an additional one off bonus of £200 on top of the previous referral fees.
• Once the Referrer has become eligible for the second bonus payment, the number of referred patients is reset to 0.
• The reward will be paid out 30 days after funds have been received for the completed treatment

4. How To Participate 

• Referrers can invite friends by providing them with a unique referral code received by email after completing their treatment with Smiles and Smiles.
• Referees must sign up for Smiles and Smiles using the provided referral code from the Referrer.
• The treatment must be successfully completed to qualify for the reward.

5. Referral Limits

• Referrers can invite an unlimited number of friends to Smiles within the Program Period.

6. Modification or Cancellation

• Smiles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Program or these terms and conditions will not affect rewards already earned by participants.

7. Fraudulent Activity

• Smiles may reverse the reward if it is determined that the reward was earned fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions.
• Smiles reserves the right to take appropriate action against any participant engaged in fraudulent activity.

8. Exclusions

• Offer does not apply to whitening
• Offer only applies to treatments over £2,000
• Offer excludes any other promotional activity
• Offer doesn’t apply to existing customers of a Smiles referral program

9. Data Privacy 

• Smiles will handle personal data as necessary to fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the Smiles Privacy Policy.

10. Jurisdiction 

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK and any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK
